black background in editor

Hi Richard and all,
Maybe this question has been raised earlier, but I haven't managed to find anything here about this:
Is there any way to set the Program Editor to black -- at least dark -- background. I use np++ quite a lot with black bgnd, and my eyes would love to get the same when spending some time in BB4W

Hi R,
There are "options" settings for setting the colour of different sorts of text when syntax colouring is on, but not, as far as I can see, for setting the background colour of the window itself.
You COULD change this setting in Windows itself, but of course that would affect all your other programs too, at least until you put it back!
You could approach Richard directly - he might make it possible!
