xx Cannot find BBCWIN.CHM

i'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but i've suddenly started getting a "Cannot find BBCWIN.CHM" pop-up error when selecting the Help Topics option. The files are there and i can run them manually if i go into the folder - anyone know why this might stop functioning directly from the application?
