Long Lost WAV sound play and record tools united

These complete snippets could be applied to a voice recorder.

I am digging up tools like this so others may find them if they need them.

I am thinking command lines might be able to be made for this.
You may want to keep a copy of these programs on the cloud as one day they may disappear, as many other things are disappearing for BBC Basic.. like some DLLs and web sites..
Like for instance, the volume meter DLL and many other tools that a person might need.
Someone needs to preserve the most important DLLs and programs and make an archive or Library.

I am trying to get that done on my conforums board, as it already is partly set up with refrence links and easy to use basic solutions.
