New version of TCGEN released

I have released a new version (3.2f) of my Test Card Generator customising and programming application:

Although this program is intended primarily for use with the hardware generator (which is no longer available) it has some standalone uses such as a software PAL coder (especially in conjunction with the supplied WAVEVIEW utility) or a teletext editor.
