Is there a way source code could be recovered from the EXE when source code is lost?

Hi Torro,

I believe the answer in principle is yes, though recent versions of BB4W (by default) encrypt and compress the executable to make it pretty difficult. If you have a specific case, I suggest you contact Richard by private email, and ask his advice/help.

best wishes,

D

Yes, but it will be in a crunched form so it will still need some work.
For obvious reasons I hope no one posts how to do it on here, although for BB4W prior to version 6 it was fairly straightforward if somewhat tedious.
I agree that asking Richard with a pretty please is the best option.
