Have you tried the Beginners' Tutorial, accessible from the Help menu of BBC BASIC for Windows (both trial and full versions)? It's also online here:

Nothing as 'structured' as that, as far as I know. Do you have any specific application areas in mind (games, Windows API, data processing, etc.)?
